@issue

It's Election Season again, and with that comes the return of KUAM's election program, Friday Forum. We are extending an invitation to all the senatorial candidates to participate in our election segment "@Issue". The segment will air during our Friday Forum programs.

Our "@Issue" segment consists of a member of the KUAM News Team sitting down with a panel of senatorial candidates to discuss issues affecting the island. All candidates will not be privy to the issues that will be brought up during the taped session with the KUAM News Reporter. The length of the total segment is approximately 6-8 minutes. The Reporter will monitor and limit the amount of time each candidate will have to answer each question to ensure equal time is afforded to each candidate.

We hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity, as it will allow the people of Guam the chance to get to know you. It will also provide a forum in which you will be able to share your goals and platforms with the community.

Friday Forum will debut on July 9th at 6:30pm on KUAM TV8. The election program will continue airing until the Friday following the November General Election.
