	Army Pvt. Kevin M. Rojo has graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. He is the son of Juvy Rojo of Saipan, Mariana Islands.
	Army Reserve Pvt. Michael R. Mafnas has graduated from Basic Combat training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla. He is the son of Juan and Irene Mafnas of Perez Heights, Talofofo, Guam. Mafnas is a 2006 graduate of Notre Dame High School, Talofofo.
	Army Pfc. Francis Luc Ada has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. He is the son of Alicia E. Ada of Kolonia, Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia. Ada graduated in 1999 from the Seven-Day Adventist School, and received an associate degree in 2004 from the College of Micronesia, both of Kolonia.
	Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Roy R. Ignacio has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Julie Materne of Chapel Road, Barrigada, Guam. Ignacio is a 1992 graduate of George Washington High School, Mangilao, Guam.
	Air Force Airman 1st Class Christopher J. Crisostomo has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. In addition, airmen who complete basic training earn credits toward an associate degree through the Community College of the Air Force. He is the son of Kathy Diaz of Rosario Loop, Barrigada, Guam, and grandson of Jose Crisostomo of N. Paulino Heights, Talofofo, Guam.
	Air Force Airman Ronald M. Madarang has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Zenaida Madarang of Hagatna, Guam. Madarang is a 2006 graduate of Simon A. Sanchez High School, Yigo, Guam.
	Air Force Airman Andrew A. Benavente has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Ignacio and Joanalie Benavente of Finile Drive, Agat, Guam. Benavente is a 2007 graduate of Southern High School, Santa Rita, Guam.
	Army Pvt. Cinderella L. Polmal has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Polmal is the son of Angelina Haglemog of Barrigada, Guam, and Jesse Marehalau of Yap, Federated States of Micronesia. He graduated in 1997 from Outer Islands High School, Yap, and received an associate degree in 2002 from Guam Community College, Mangilao.
	Army Pvt. Joshua N. Isaac has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Isaac earned distinction as an honor graduate. He is the son of Isaac Hainrick, and nephew of Isaac Melner, both of Kolonia, Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia. The private is a 2006 graduate of Pohnpei Island Central School, Kolonia.
	Army Spec. Irwin Sailas is a member of the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division based at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, who has deployed to Camp Taji, Iraq. He is the son of Pelihter Raynor of Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia, and brother of Johnny Raynor of N.E. 108th Terrace, Kansas City, Mo. His wife, Catherine, is the daughter of Carson and Mihne Sigrah of Malohi Road, Wahiawa, Hawaii. The specialist is a 2002 graduate of PATS High School, Pohnpei.
	Air Force Airman Noemi A. Diez has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Diez is the daughter of Vic B. and Fe Alvarado Diez of E. Abas Court, Dededo, Guam. She is a 2006 graduate of Simon A. Sanchez High School, Yigo, Guam.
	Air Force Airman Brian J. Mafnas has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Joseph Mafnas of Calachucha Ave., Barrigada Heights, Guam, and brother of Joseph Mafnas Jr. of Santa Gertrudes Ave., Garden Grove, Calif. Mafnas is a 1998 graduate of Father Duenas Memorial High School, Tamuning, Guam.
	Air Force Airman Jay Estores has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Leonora Estores of Agana, Guam, and nephew of Danilo Panganiban of Apache St., San Jacinto, Calif.
	Army Pvt. Jason S. Tara has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. He is the brother of Peggy Ittu of Kosrae, Federated States of Micronesia. Tara is a 1991 graduate of Kosrae High School.
	Army Reserve Pvt. Megan V. Ramarui has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. She is the granddaughter of Emill Ramarui of Koror, Palau, and niece of Omei Mincher of N.E. 63rd St., Vancouver, Wash. Ramarui is a 2003 graduate of Palau High School, Koror.
	Army Pvt. William J. Kaipat has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Kaipat is the son of Estella Kaipat of Saipan, Mariana Islands. The private is a 2005 graduate of Marianas High School, Saipan.
	Army Pvt. Dilmeringel R. Ngirmechaet has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Ngirmechaet is the daughter of Grace Ngirmechaet of Koror, Palau, and sister of Rhonda Ngirmechaet of Gardenia Drive, Atwater, Calif. She is a 2007 graduate of Palau High School, Koror.
	Army Pfc. Semenster N. Hadley has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. He is the son of Mary N. Hadley of Kolonia, Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia. Hadley received an associate degree in 1997 from the College of Micronesia-FSM, Pohnpei.
	Army Pvt. John Mangarfir has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. He is the son of Heidi Mangarfir of Colonia, Yap, Federated States of Micronesia. Mangarfir is a 2007 graduate of Yap High School.
	Army Reserve Pvt. Analisa S. Almazan has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. She is the daughter of Dioki Almazan and Susan Santos of Ramona St., Asan, Guam. Almazan is a 2006 graduate of Southern High School, Santa Rita, Guam.
	Army Pvt. John F. Nena has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. He is the son of Fulton and Kenye Nena of Kosrae, Federated States of Micronesia. Nena is a 2005 graduate of Kosrae High School.
	Air Force Staff Sgt. Joseph A. Baza has received the Air Force Scholarship for Outstanding Airmen (SOAR) through the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program. The sergeant is the son of Joseph M. and Betty A. Baza of N. Chalan Kanton Tasi, Yona, Guam. In 2000, he graduated from Father Duenas Memorial School, Mangilao, Guam, and received an associate degree in 2006 from Pierce College, Lakewood, Wash.
	Air Force Airman 1st Class Lourdes T. Diaz has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. She is the daughter of Carmel and Alejandro Diaz of Biradan Hagu, Maina, Guam. Diaz is a 2004 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School, Tumon, Guam.
	Air Force Airman Myka J. San Nicolas has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. She is the daughter of Irene Cruz of Hessler Lane, Agana, Guam, and sister of Neomi San Nicolas of Barrigada, Guam. San Nicolas is a 2007 graduate of George Washington High School, Mangilao, Guam.
	Air Force Airman Jaype M. Limbaga has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Precy Limbaga of Kayon Ton Francisco, Dededo, Guam. Limbaga is a 2006 graduate of Simon Sanchez High School, Yigo, Guam.
	Air Force Airman Joel D. Evangelista has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Erica and Augusto Evangelista of Kobler St., Saipan, Mariana Islands. Evangelista is a 2007 graduate of Saipan Southern High School.
