The Department of Parks & Recreation's Historic Preservation Office continues its investigation into reported disturbances at historic Toguan Bay. Residents in the area allege ancient Chamorro artifacts were unearthed by a fellow landowner who is making changes to his property.Patrick Lujan says the Historic Preservation Office is in discussions with the landowner's attorney, telling KUAM News, "That we saw with the preliminary investigations that we did, is on a more minor scale in regards to cultural disturbances. However, we still need to reevaluate the process of where we stand today, and if any types of procedural corrections need to be done then we'll do so."
