GTA TeleGuam launches Guam Digital TV

Fulfilling a promise made two years ago, GTA TeleGuam announced the launch of Guam Digital Television. GUdtv boasts more channels, more high definition television and is 100% digital.
The company will be rolling out the service village by village and will begin taking orders in Dededo and Tumon first.
Executive Vice President of Wireless and Video Andrew Gayle says their underground infrastructure means residents will now have a real typhoon proven choice for digital television service. Gayle said, "In the case of inclement weather, our lines aren't going to get blown down. Even if you were without power, we'd still be able to generate the signal to your location."
