Jean B. Hudson had graced our studios in both Radio and TV news. Jean attended the University of Hawaii, but got homesick for her island paradise and return to Guam to attend UOG to further her education. Jean started her career in journalism at Guam Cable TV in 1995 as an intern. She paid her dues, and became a full-fledged reported and was quickly assigned to be Weekend Anchor. While working at Guam Cable TV, Jean also performed duties as a general assignment reporter and assisted in producing news broadcasts. Jean was hired at KUAM to write scripts and work behind the scenes for KUAM Radio news, but after one air check, she became the official voice of KUAM Radio news on both Isla61 and 94Jamz.
Jean works hard at producing and reporting news, and is always ready to help out. Jean also anchored for MCV7 at 7 News during its broadcast in 1998, worked for Madeleine Bordallo in her stints as lieutenant governor and congressional representative, and is a licensed realtor. Jean is an energetic, outgoing, hardworking mother and newswoman (she has a daughter, Brijean), who will have a place on Guam's airwaves for years to come.
