Samantha joins us from the other side - both geographically and professionally. Born and raised in San Diego, California and a University of Southern California graduate she thought the move to Virginia where she graduated from law school was far. That was of course before she moved to Guam. Between law school and her move to Guam she began a career in Criminal Prosecution at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC.

She moved to Guam as a military spouse. Her husband, Dr. John A. Lynott is Department Head of Orthopedic Surgery at the US Naval Hospital Guam. Samantha has one son, Hutchison and another on the way.
