Guam - Lawmakers heard from Lory Tan, CEO and vice-chairman of the World Wildlife Fund, based out of the Philippines, who spoke about climate change at the Legislature this afternoon. Tan's presentation focused on how our coasts will be affected and how critical it is to plan for power, water, and safeguarding of Apra Harbor.

He says low-lying areas will by greatly impacted with the pending military buildup. Tan spoke before members from the University of Guam and the Guam Visitor's Bureau.
