Guam - Emily Magday pleaded not guilty to additional criminal charges that were handed down in a superceding indictment against her and Marianito Bautista.  The two face charges of receiving a bribe, conspiracy, accepting gratuities for past services, and several counts of official misconduct.  Bautista faces a special allegation of committing a felony while on felony release.
