Mental Health working against receivership
by Mindy Aguon
Guam - Federal receivership will be the focus of a meeting on Friday in the District Court. Representatives from the Department of Mental Health will appear before Judge Consuelo Marshall as they attempt to dissuade her from appointing a receiver.
The plaintiffs, however, have asked that a receiver be appointed as they contend the government has failed miserably in providing adequate services for individuals with disabilities.
