Nicholas Brown enters not guilty plea

Nicholas Brown pleaded not guilty today to criminal charges of robbery, felonious restraint, and aggravated assault.

Guam - Nicholas Brown pleaded not guilty today to criminal charges of robbery, felonious restraint, and aggravated assault. Brown is now scheduled to appear in court on April 20 for a criminal trial setting.  His co-defendant, Alex Castro, who pleaded not guilty to the charges, already posted $20,000 cash bail.

The two men are accused of tying a man up and beating him repeatedly.

Castro also faces aggravated assault charges for allegedly assaulting a man with a fire extinguisher at a Tumon club.
