Guam - The Chamorro Land Trust Commission's board of directors will meet tomorrow to go over rules and regulations that they hope will be approved by the Legislature that details the process in which licenses and leases are given out.  Numerous problems have been identified from applicants being bypassed for leases while other individuals have received land but are using it for other purposes than what it was intended for.

The board is scheduled to meet at 1:30 Thursday afternoon at DPW's conference room.

Meanwhile, the Commission has only heard back from about half of the 52 companies who were sent certified letters asking them to reconcile their files with CLTC.
