Guam - Guam Election Commission board members have plans to meet this week. Executive Director John Blas says they will discuss what the GEC needs to do to in order to meet a Guam law that restricts the use of electronic voting machines.
"I'm going to present to the board the GEC's budget and how we are coming along for upcoming election in September," Blas KUAM News.
Blas says they will also discuss a recently passed law that requires candidates to provide background information. The measure previously required the agency to research candidates using FBI information, but has since changed.
