Woman has hearing for hitting cyclist in Piti

Scheduled to appear in court today is 19-year-old Stephanie Herring. She was on her way home Sunday after spending the night at a friend's house when she struck 24-year-old Brandon Norris, who was riding his bike in the Piti area.
