Guam - Convicted murderer Steven Albertson won't find out when he will go to trial until more than 300 pages of discovery in the case is turned over.  Albertson pleaded not guilty for the murder of his fellow inmate, Arlen Feranco.  The two were serving life sentences in the minimum security unit at the Department of Corrections.

While Albertson confessed to DepCor officials admitting to the brutal murder, he has denied the criminal charges. 

Another criminal trial setting is scheduled for July 23.
