Mangilao man, woman jailed for family violence

Guam - Marisa Fejeran and John Certeza spent sometime behind bars facing charges of child abuse and family violence. Both are from the village of Mangilao. Certeza faces an additional nine counts of criminal sexual conduct while Fejeran faces an additional charge of criminal mischief to government property and disorderly conduct. 

She's accused of becoming disorderly when she was arrested, damaging the ceiling in the Hagatna Precinct.
