Guam - The two Department of Education employees that were arrested for allegedly distributing the bogus Calvo-Tenorio 2020 'Blueprint' political strategy document went before the Civil Service Commission this afternoon. The CSC is currently investigating the matter to determine what type of adverse action will be given.

Jeanette Guzman and Richard Perez allegedly violated the Mini-Hatch Act. Guzman's next hearing is set for February 1 while Perez was allowed to speak with a case manager before proceeding.
