Guam - The U.S. Coast Guard and the Guam Shipyard continue their efforts to try to bring up the dry dock, "Big Blue" that partially submerged under water early Monday morning. Guam Shipyard president and CEO Matthews Pothen says employees are still dewatering the dry dock, although two-thirds of the facility visibly remain under water.

Pothen adds that once dewatered a comprehensive assessment will be conducted to determine if there are any damages.

Big Blue partially sunk due to inclement weather. The Coast Guard in the meantime continues its own investigation.
