Human rights bills have time at Legislature
Guam - Late this afternoon lawmakers will hear testimony on the Unborn Child Protection Act of 2011. The measure, introduced by now-governor Eddie Calvo, would prohibit abortion of unborn children capable of feeling pain. Public comments will also be accepted on Bill 52, the Woman's Reproductive Health Information Act of 2011.
The public hearing for the two bills begins at 4pm in the Legislative Public Hearing Room.
