Guam - A report on the investigation of an illegal dump on Lujan's Towing and Auto Parts property is completed and is now under review by Guam Environmental Protection Agency administrator Ivan Quinata. Agency inspector Roland Gutierrez says he can't comment on what violations the company may face, telling KUAM News only, "Depending on what it says on the inspection report then we recommend, of course, what actions should be taken and it will be decided by the administrator."

The EPA's review of the report should be completed within the next few days.  Once that happens it will be delivered to Lujan's Towing, which will then have 15 days to respond to the concerns raised. EPA found an illegal dump on the Mongmong property and officials believe the company has made efforts to hide and cover the solid waste that's been stored there.
