With this recent promotion, Triple J has announced that John Gilman is now Ford Service Manager effective Feb. 1, 2026.
John has been with Triple J since April 2021, starting as a Shop Controller and quickly demonstrating his strong leadership, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to customer service.
In April 2025, he was promoted to Shop Foreman, where he continued to strengthen shop productivity, teamwork, and service quality.
“I’ve been lucky to work with a great team here, and I’m proud of what we do every day to take care of our customers. I’m looking forward to helping the team keep improving and making the service experience even better,” said John.
In his new role as Ford Service Manager, John will oversee daily service operations at our main headquarters Ford Service Department, working closely with service advisors, technicians, and management teams to further enhance efficiency, customer experience, and service performance.
