In the latest progress report round up of Guam Department of Education schools undergoing refurbishment, in the Kattan region, Ordot-Chalan Pago Elementary School is gaining ground on improvements, as restoration efforts are nearly over 88% complete.
Among the fixes already completed are exterior door replacements, restroom renovations, and crack and spall repairs.
Canopy installation at the Home of the Mighty Ants is also in progress.
Meantime, the refurbishment of George Washington High School is nearly 94% complete, with canopy installations and electrical upgrades underway.
Major renovation components to include door replacements, restroom, and crack and spall repairs are complete—a feat GDOE says, “addresses critical safety, sanitation, and structural needs across the campus.”
