Guam - Enraged that his girlfriend was chewing betel nut, Kioma Andrew is accused of beating the woman repeatedly. According to court documents, Andrew allegedly kicked the woman several times and punched her in the head.  When she fell to the ground, Andrew allegedly kicked the woman in the back. 

The victim told police she feared for her life, claiming her boyfriend had beaten her and locked her in the bathroom before.  When interviewed by police, Andrew admitted to becoming upset because she was chewing betel nut and hitting her head against a wall and pulling her hair.  He denied kicking the woman and said he was sorry for his actions. 

Andrew was arrested and charged with family violence and assault.
