Guam - A former Department of Corrections officer in trouble with the law again this time Aric Garcia faces charges of advanced stalking and violating a court order. According to the magistrates complaint the charges stem from incidents that occurred last year involving Garcia harassing a woman known to him despite a restraining order she has against him.
Garcia has been arrested several times over the last few years for family violence, assault and drug charges. It was in 2008 the Civil Service Commission ordered DepCor to pay him 40-thousand dollars in back pay and attorneys fees after it was determined the agency didn't follow proper procedure when it fired him.
