Freznoza found guilt of 7 of 12 drug charges

Guam - Henry Fresnoza faces a mandatory minimum of 20 years to life behind bars for his involvement in a drug trafficking ring. The verdict was read this afternoon and jurors found Fresnoza guilty of seven charges, including conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, conspiracy to import meth, possession of the drug as well as four counts of money laundering.
Jurors also acquitted him on four additional money laundering counts.
He remains behind bars and is scheduled to be sentenced on February 21. The case was handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney Karon Johnson and was handled by the DEA, IRS, ATF and the Guam Police Department.
