Court re-appoints Magistrate Judge Manibusan

Guam - The District Court of Guam has reappointed U.S. Magistrate Judge Joaquin Manibusan, Jr. to a second eight-year term. According to a press release, after considering the panel's recommendation, as well as comments from the public and bar, Chief Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood reappointed Manibusan effective February 9, 2012.
Magistrate Judge Manibusan is the island's first federal magistrate judge.
