by Nick Delgado
Guam - The Judiciary of Guam continues to deal with bomb threats being made on the Hagatna courthouse. Acting court policy, planning and communications director Geri Cepeda confirms that a call was made to 911 this afternoon concerning a bomb threat to the Judiciary. Cepeda says the decision was made to shelter in place and not evacuate.
Court operations and court hearings continued as normal while additional security measures were imposed. Officials have been investigating the string of bomb threats made to the judiciary in the last few months.
