Guam - Rudolfo Sangalang is being held behind bars on $50,000 cash bail, accused of sexually abusing a male minor on numerous occasions over a three-year period.  According to court documents, Sangalang forced the minor to perform oral sex at various times over the span. 

The 12-year-old minor told police that on one occasion his mother walked in and witnessed the abuse. When arrested by police, the defendant admitted to have sexual relations with the minor. 

He is charged with 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct.
