Guam - The Guam Kmart is not on a list of Kmart and sears stores that will be closing next year. Sears Holding Company announced plans to close more than 100 stores in 2012 due to low sales.  The company's web site provided a list of stores that will be closing and Guam was not on the list. 

The total number of employees affected by the closure wasn't indicated on the website but they did note that a typical store employs between 40 and 80 associates.
