Guam - Lawmakers will hold a roundtable discussion on Bill 415 on Tuesday. The measure, introduced by Vice Speaker B.J. Cruz, Speaker Judi Won Pat and Majority Leader Rory Respicio, is known as an act to support women and save children.  The bill proposes the establishment of a new foundation to oversee and coordinate an effort to reduce the abortion rate on Guam and support pregnant women.

Governor Eddie Calvo is hereby authorized to establish a public non-profit corporation to support the health of expectant mothers and newborns and reduce the number of abortions performed on Guam. 

The roundtable is scheduled for Tuesday at 2pm at the Legislature's Public Hearing Room in Hagatna.
