Guam - The family of the late Joe Cunningham, also known as "Uncle Tote", will be having a private ceremony to bury him at sea. But because Cunningham made such an impact on so many lives, friends are hosting a memorial event at Jeff's Pirate's Cove next Sunday. 

Those who wish to share their memories and music will have an opportunity to do so at what's been titled "Uncle Tote's Graduation Party". The entire event will be broadcast over a live webcam courtesy of Jeff's Pirate's Cove. The event begins at 2pm with a full BBQ buffet.

There is also a fundraising effort to get Uncle Tote's sister to Guam for the funeral.

Cunningham passed away last week at the age of 68.
