Guam - Lawmakers to discuss Bill 488: relative to authorizing the Guam Election Commission to reconfigure the Primary Election ballot to accommodate independent candidates.  The legislation is sponsored by Democrat Senators Dennis Rodriguez, Jr., Rory Respicio, Judith Guthertz,  Tina Muna Barnes, Adolpho Palacios and Speaker Judi Won Pat.
