Trial set for men accused of Harmon beating

Guam - Three men who are charged in the brutal beating of Cameron Masnayon will go to trial net month.  Daniel and Michael Rosal, Jr. and William San Nicolas appeared in court today.  The three remain behind bars awaiting trial while Masnayon is off island undergoing therapy.  While the defense doesn't think it's necessary for Masnayon to return for the trial, the prosecution will determine if he can participate via video conference. The judge also granted a motion to severe for the Rosal brothers. Trial is set for August 15 at 2pm before Judge Arthur Barcinas.
