Phase II of Ironwood Heights complete

Guam - Providing affordable homes to the working class, Ironwood Heights opened Phase II of its two- and three-bedroom units at its Tamuning location. Vice president Carlos Camacho says the $52 million project started with Phase I, which opened to residence nine months ago. He says there is now 132 units total and more than 300 on the waiting list.
"We already got a lot of applicants and if you look at the demographics a lot of these families are teachers, I got people from tourism industry, a nail technician, an IT specialist these are the working families probably earning $25,000-$30,000," he explained.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held today signifying the completion of the project.
