Guam - 4-AB schedules in the island's public high schools is definitely not going to happen.  Today the Guam Education Board rescinded its earlier decision to implement the schedules.  Board member Joe San Agustin made the motion because high school stakeholders were opposed to the addition of classes to their bell schedules.  Board member Barry Mead wasn't given an opportunity to voice his "nay" vote but expressed concerns with the motion's wording.
