Guam - It's been nearly a year since air ambulance services on Guam were stopped, but an agreement between CareJet Assist and Calvo's SelectCare will make air medical transports possible again. CareJet president and CEO Terry Habeck says eligible SelectCare subscribers will receive a 50% discount when a life saving air ambulance is required.

The company also expanded its services to provide medical escort for those patients able to transfer on commercial airlines.  Habeck says the company looks forward to working with SelectCare in providing quality services and making extra effort to provide benefits and services to its members.  The air ambulance services will be provided from Guam, the CNMI, and Palau to Manila or Subic Bay, Japan, Hong Kong and Honolulu.
