DFRNTS Stolichnaya Gala Applik Cheesecake Minis

Component 1 (No bake Cheesecake)

Choose any store bought non bake cheese cake recipe and follow directions according to box.

 Scoop mixture into disposable plastic containers of your size. (Preferably a container that is flexible and can be easily squeezed without cracking.

Set filled containers in refrigerator for assembly.

Component 2 (DFRNTS LatteStolichnaya coconut syrup)

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

• 1/2 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract or flavored extract of your choice (we used banana)
• 2 tablespoons oz Stolichnaya Gala Applik Vodka

Instructions

Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat.

Add brown sugar and flavored extract, stir until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and boil until syrupy, about 4 minutes.

Pour in Stolichnaya Gala Applik Vodka (optional to set the mixture aflame)

Allow the mixture cook for at least to minute to remove the flammable content of the alcohol to burn out .

Add coconut flakes and stir thoroughly

Let mixture cool and set aside.

 Component 3  Jello Gala Applik Toppers

Ingredients:

• 3 oz Jell-O or other gelatin (any flavor)
• 7 oz Knox or unflavored gelatin
• 6 oz water
• 6 oz Stolichnaya Gala Applik Vodka

Directions:

1. Pour both gelatin packets  into a bowl.
2. Add boiling water, stirring until the gelatin is dissolved.
3. Stir in liquor.
4. Spray baking sheet pan with non stick coating
5. Pour  mixture into sheet pan
6. Refrigerate until cool.
7. Remove mixture from refrigerator
8. With  shaped mini cookie cutter, cut out shapes of your choice and store for assembly

FINAL ASSEMBLY

1.    Place all three component on a clean workable surface

2.    With cheesecake mini cups on bottom spoon a desired amount of DFRNTS LatteStolichnaya coconut syrup

3.    Place one or more Gelating cut out shapes on each cup

4.    Store in refrigerator and served chilled and enjoy
