Guam - Trifon Pineda Junior was sentenced to 4 years and 7 months behind bars in connection with a drug trafficking case that stems from 2011.  Pineda, his brother, and Noel Vitug were accused of bringing in large quantities of crystal methamphetamine and selling the drugs on Guam.  Pineda was sentenced to 55 months behind bars with credit for time served.  He was also ordered to undergo an intensive drug treatment program and then be placed on supervised release for five years.   He was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals.
