Guam - Even though Tropical Storm Neoguri has passed Guam the Liberation Committee is erring on the side of caution and has postponed tonight's Independence Day celebrations at the Liberation Carnival grounds until Sunday. This means there will be no fireworks show this evening.

The carnival however will remain open for regularly schedule fun. The fireworks show is now scheduled for Sunday at 9pm.

Meanwhile tomorrow's GVB BBQ Block Party at Pleasure Island is still a go.
