It continues to be graduation season around the island, and students from all levels of school turn their tassels and complete their studies, recognized for their hard work in earning the lifelong gift of their education.

And Pacific Islands University celebrated its Class of 2026 with 48 students graduating with degrees.

The Mangilao school, located on the Back Road to Andersen, awards college-level degrees in bible and liberal arts, preparing eager minds, primarily within Guam's Micronesian community, with the tools and foundation to prepare them for Christian ministry.

And this year is PIU's 50th anniversary worldwide, with the local theological college having launched locally in 2009.
