Indicted former DOD contractor accused of violating conditions of release

Accused of violating the conditions of his pre-trial release, the U.S. Probation Office is requesting a warrant of arrest be issued for Michael Louis McCarron.
It was back in March, the former active duty service member and Department of Defense contractor, was indicted in the District Court of Guam for Enticement of a Minor and Attempted Transfer of Obscene Material to a Minor. Two years ago McCarron allegedly sent nude photos and video to a federal agent posing at a 13-year-old girl.
McCarron, who now lives in Idaho, was brought back to Guam for his arraignment hearing in April. He pleaded not guilty and was allowed to return home pending trial. The U.S. Probation Office is requesting he be detained for violating his conditions of release, which bans him from using the internet. The FBI, however, was able to connect him to recent advertisements made on skipthegames.com, which is described as a website for escort services.
In one of the advertisements, he allegedly posted a nude photo with the headline "visiting from out of town." McCarron is scheduled for trial in Guam in September.
