San Nicolas calls local war claims bill a sham

Congressman Michael San Nicolas apparently isn't pleased with the legislature's action on the new version of Bill 181.
The congressman posting on his Facebook page that this is nothing but a sham, that Bill 181 has nothing in place to solve anything.
"I still can't understand how any politician can think that risking the solution (HR1365) is worth passing something (Bill 181) that has the exact same problem as what we are trying to fix."
The legislation was passed Friday with a vote of 12-3. The three senators who voted "no" were Sen. Mary Torres, James Moylan and Louise Muna. Bill 181 has been forwarded to Adelup and is currently under review.
Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero has already indicated she will sign it into law. As for the Congressman's HR 1365 he says it will likely be passed by the Senate next month.
