Forty-nine-year-old Robert Leon Baker, Jr. has been arrested and charged with First-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.

According to court documents Baker allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl on multiple occasions between October and December of last year.

News files show that Baker was also arrested in 2012 accused again accused of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. The alleged victim in that case was 13-years-old. KUAM followed up on the status of the 2012 case and the AG's office, however, could neither confirm or deny the case was expunged.
