Mckain Micky, 30, was arrested and charged with assault on a Peace Officer, Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness.

According to court documents, on April 26, police responded to a disturbance in Tamuning.

Micky was upstairs in an apartment and was allegedly throwing items downstairs. When he saw a person move their vehicle to avoid being struck, he allegedly began yelling profanities.

Micky then allegedly kicked an officer in the chest who was trying to handcuff him. According to court documents, Micky had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol.
