Carol Weller allegedly bit victim after an early morning of drinking

Carol Janice Weller, 24, was arrested and charged with Family Violence after she allegedly assaulted a man on April 26.

Court documents state Weller was drinking vodka at Dededo home early in the morning with the victim. The victim later woke up to Weller damaging a dresser. Weller tried to leave but the victim stopped her, thinking she was too drunk. Weller then allegedly bit the victim several times and possibly hit him on the head.
