3 arrested for drug possession
A car suspiciously parked the wrong way and partially on the road led to the arrest of three people for drug possession.
Rebecca Ann San Nicolas, 40, Vincent Jr. Cepeda Camacho, 34, and Dwayne John Cepeda, 36, were each charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance as a third-degree felony.
San Nicolas also was charged with one count of Theft as a third-degree felony and one count of Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance as a third-degree felony.
At about 3 a.m. on May 29, police responded to a suspicious vehicle in Ordot. The Suzuki Vitara was parked facing the wrong direction on the side of the road, partially obstructing the roadway.
Police could see two men in the car's front seats, identified as Camacho as the driver and Cepeda as the passenger, with San Nicolas in the rear. Police noted they saw Cepeda fumbling with something below the car's dash and then saw him allegedly hide something under the passenger side floorboard.
After the three were taken out of the car, police made a search finding two clear resealable plastic bags on the passenger floorboard. One of the bags later tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine.
Also, police found a container with 1 mg of Lorazepam, a Schedule IV Controlled Substance in front of the rear passenger seat and a clear bag with suspected meth. In the front compartment, police also found 15 yellow round pills in small clear bags as well as more suspected meth in resealable bags and cut straws.
Court documents state San Nicolas admitted owning the single pill described as similar to "Zanax" as well as the bag containing crystal methamphetamine residue.
San Nicolas also was a suspect in a theft complaint from Aug. 2019 where a woman at the Public Health center in Dededo reported her Ipone X stolen after leaving San Nicolas in her office. San Nicolas admitted to taking the phone while being counseled at the center.
