Mark Anthony Duenas, 43, was arrested and charged with Terrorizing, Family Violence, Criminal Mischief and Violation of a Court Order.

Duenas is accused of breaking items inside the victim's home, including a TV, bedroom doors and windows. He also allegedly threatened to kill the victim and his neighbors if they didn't give him a million dollars, according to court documents.

The victim stated he feared for his life and believed Duenas would carry out his threats, according to court documents.

Duenas is on pretrial release where he was ordered to refrain from threatening to commit or committing acts of family
violence against, or from harassing, annoying, or molesting the victims in that case or any other household or family members.
