The Motor Vehicle Division over at Rev & Tax has released the Temporary Mail-In Application Form for Non-Real ID Guam Driver's Licenses and Conversions of Intermediate to Full Licenses. The application form with instructions can be found at DRT's website in the govguamdocs.com section.
