We've been reporting about this for over a month now and Public Health is now using Sara Alert which is an open-source tool that automates the monitoring and reporting of individuals exposed to or infected with the coronavirus.

Individuals using the Sara Alert will be able to update Public Health daily about their health status during the period they are being monitored. This will also be a useful tool for travelers being released to home quarantine.

Unlike Guam COVID Alert, you will not have to download an app, but instead, users will be able to communicate directly with public health to report daily symptoms through web, SMS text, email, or a phone call.
