Mother continues search for missing son Michael Castro
She hasn't seen her son in almost three weeks, and Melanie Guerrero continues to ask for the community's help in locating 27-year-old son Michael Castro. She reported him missing to police on November 7, but hadn't seen him since October 29.
As we reported, her son's car was found in Santa Rita more than a week ago, his whereabouts however still unknown. Guerrero says she has been briefed by the Guam Police Department but has been urged to keep the details of that conservation private as it might hamper the ongoing investigation and search for Michael.
"For me, I just want to get that message out there again who Michael is and what are family is going through and what I'm going through as a mother having to wakeup everyday sometimes hardly sleep because I don't know where my son is and right now they don't even know where my son is and that's what I can say," she emotionally said.
Anyone with information about Castro is urged to call police at 472-8911. You can also provide information anonymously through guam.crimestoppersweb.com.
