Raxon Antipas pleads guilty, gets 5-year prison term for sexually assaulting teen
A man accused of sexually assaulting a teen in her home will receive a 5-year prison.
Raxon Antipas pleaded guilty to Third Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct as a Second Degree Felony in court today.
Raxon could have received up to eight years in prison for his crime, however, Judge Maria Cenzon accepted the people's request for a shorter prison term. Raxon also must register as a level one sex offender and comply with sex offender registry requirements. He will be on parole for three years after he serves the remainder of
his prison term.
